Rules & Policies

House Rules:

​

  • No shoes in the house.

  • All shared spaces are to be cleaned immediately after each use so that they are ready and clean for the next guest.

  • Additional cleaning supplies are available upon request.

  • Laundry access is open to all guest and is first come, first serve.

  • All unattended personal items left in shared spaces are guest responsibility and management will not accept any liability.

 

Company Policies:

  • I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! Only pay for time you will actually stay. Not sure? Don't pay. No refunds, no exceptions.

  • First guests to pay are the first guest to be accommodated. No listings will be held without a deposit. Deposits are forfeited if guests do not check in and stay.

  • Extended stay payments are due by the midnight before your expected check out.

  • Payments are to be made electronically for tracking purposes. All cash payments will incur a $10 convenience fee.

  • Payments made after midnight are late and will incur a $10 late fee.

  • The late fee is $10 per day.

  • Guest who have not made a payment within the 2 day grace period will be checked out by 11am the morning after.

  • Security Deposit are returned within 48 -72hrs of checkout.

  • Rules and policies can and will be updated as management deems necessary and it's the guest responsibility to ensure that parties of guests are in accordance with set rules and policies.
